Choose the amount of SMS credits you would like to be added to your Trackit247 account. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE YOUR TRACKERS UNIQUE DEVICE ID WHEN PURCHASING CREDIT FOR YOUR TRACKER
SMS credits is used when you send a command or a request to your Trackit247 device in the administration page of the tracking panel, SMS credit is also used when you are informed that a virtual fence has been breached or when you receive an address on your mobile number after calling your Trackit247.
You can see your SMS credits remaining in your tracking control panel on the bottom right hand side.

Important InformationTop up credits for SMS and Positions can be purchased anytime, they will be applied to your account with 1 - 2 hours between the hours of 8am – 8pm. 7 days a week. Out of hours the top up will be applied to your account by the following day. Please ensure you TOPUP your account in advance to ensure the device does not run out of credit.
Please note that the TRACKit 247 device will require at least 1 minimum TopUp within 6 months from the date of purchase otherwise the device will be suspended and a reactivation fee of £19.99 +vat will be required to reactivate your unit.
